Passion/Interests: I am passionate about learning everything I can to be an excellent teacher. I love reading books/articles to stay informed on current trends in education.
I am interested in helping others. Our family is involved with the "Baby Corner" where we collect and distribute items to mothers and infants/children in need. We've also been involved with Fred Hutchinson where we help families going through treatment.
Attending Immaculate Conception Catholic School in Mt. Vernon gave me a strong academic and spiritual background. I try to pass that along to my students each year. I hope to celebrate and value the life of each child.
When I am not teaching you might find me planting bulbs/flowers, reading, going to a movie or traveling the world. I also love watching my daughter play sports.
